FEES & Registration
We would like the Practitioners’ Gathering to be accessible to everyone, no matter their financial situation. We are therefore offering several fee options.
Fees
Fees include participation fee, three meals a day and refreshments during the coffee breaks (€45 per day), venue and materials. Accommodation is NOT included and should be paid directly to the Štatenberg manor or other accommodation providers.

If you are willing to contribute more than the supporter fee, please indicate this in the registration form.
With these contributions, we will be able to host those who otherwise would not be able to participate.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Your registration is only complete, and your place at the gathering secured, once you transfer the fee to our bank account. Payment details will be sent to you upon registration.
Štatenberg complies with all current Slovenian COVID regulations and measures.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your registration on or before 15 June 2023, you will receive a full refund of all fees minus a €50 deposit.
- If you cancel between 15 June and 20 July 2023, you will receive a refund of 50% of your total fees.
- From 21 July 2023 on, no refunds are possible.
- You may, of course, give your place to someone else without any surcharge.
- In case of force majeure within the final two weeks prior to the gathering, contact us immediately.
